This page describes the cookies and similar first-party browser/session information currently used by diagnexhealth.com.

Read the detailed guidanceSession state supports security checks and secure form submission.
If present, first-party UTM values can be kept temporarily during a visit.
Ordinary public pages do not require advertising cookies to display their content.
The current corporate website does not require advertising cookies to display ordinary public content. A server-side session is used to support secure form handling and request integrity.
The website creates an essential session cookie when needed for functions such as CSRF protection, secure form continuity and temporary session state. It is configured as an HTTP-only cookie and is not intended to create an advertising profile.
If you arrive with standard campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium or utm_campaign, the website may preserve those values temporarily in the same session so a submitted enquiry can be associated with its source. This supports operational marketing attribution and does not require storing payment credentials or clinical records.
If Diagnex later introduces non-essential analytics, embedded third-party tools or advertising technologies that materially change browser tracking, this policy and any required preference/consent mechanism should be updated before or when those technologies are deployed.
Some website assets, such as externally delivered fonts or media, may involve a browser request to the relevant provider. Clicking a partner site, WhatsApp link or payment link may also take you to another service with its own privacy and cookie rules. External requests are not the same thing as Diagnex setting an advertising cookie.
The exact mix of third-party tools can change as website features are updated, so production deployments should be checked before this disclosure is treated as final.
Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies. Blocking the essential session cookie may prevent secure enquiry forms from functioning correctly.
Find the privacy, site data or cookies section of your browser.
Inspect or delete the browser data stored for diagnexhealth.com.
If you block all cookies, secure enquiries may not work. Re-enable essential site data if needed.
This policy is updated when the corporate website's actual cookie or similar-technology deployment changes. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
For questions about cookies or website privacy, use Email Diagnex or read the Privacy Policy.
When you open a Diagnex page, its PHP application can start a limited session. The session helps associate a form-security token with the browser that displays the form. When you submit, the server can check the token and basic request information to guard against certain unwanted submissions.
Blocking or deleting the essential cookie between loading and submitting the form may cause validation to fail. If that happens, reload the form, allow essential site cookies and try again. Do not send the same enquiry repeatedly without checking whether the first request succeeded.
Administrative Image Manager sign-in is a different, restricted function. Its session exists to manage authenticated access and does not grant public visitors permission to change website content.
Settings vary between Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari and may change when browsers update. A general-purpose browser control is not the same as withdrawing consent for every separate communication you may have had with Diagnex; use the Privacy Policy for those requests.
The website may link to WhatsApp, email software or payment-provider pages. Those services control their own browser data after you choose to use them. Some design resources may be loaded from external domains, depending on the deployed version of the site and whether media has been downloaded locally.
If additional non-essential technologies are enabled, update the policy with their purposes, providers and retention details and implement the appropriate controls where legally required. Do not call a cookie “essential” only because it is convenient for marketing or performance reporting.
