These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Diagnex corporate website and, where applicable, enquiries, bookings, invoices and online payments made to Carehorizon Health Private Limited.
Understand before you proceed.
Read the detailed guidanceSubmitting a form does not reserve staff, equipment or a confirmed appointment.
The specific quotation or service agreement explains the accepted service, amount and any additional conditions.
Clinical suitability and treatment are decided by appropriately qualified treating professionals.
The applicable seller address, GST registration and invoice details are shown on the relevant invoice or payment request.
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, accepting a service quotation or invoice, or making a payment through a Diagnex payment link, you agree to these terms together with any service-specific written terms supplied to you. If service-specific terms conflict with these general terms, the more specific written terms will apply to that service to the extent of the conflict.
Diagnex is an integrated healthcare infrastructure and care-delivery company. The corporate website describes care coordination, Care Plans, Kidney Care, Home Hemodialysis, care at home and other healthcare-service categories. Exact scope, clinical eligibility, locality, staffing, scheduling, pricing and fulfilment are confirmed before a service is accepted.
A page on the website does not by itself constitute confirmation that a particular service is available to a specific patient or locality.
Read about service options, indicative prices where published and care requirements. Send an enquiry if you would like to discuss a service.
The team checks location, scope, clinical readiness, staffing, equipment and the applicable quotation or written terms.
A visit, equipment setup or treatment is arranged only when its specific conditions and schedule have been confirmed.
For a practical explanation of delivery and setup, see Service Fulfilment & Delivery.
Website content is general information and does not diagnose, prescribe or replace patient-specific advice from an appropriately qualified treating professional. Care Managers coordinate and observe within their professional competence; they do not independently diagnose, prescribe or alter medication. The website and ordinary contact channels are not emergency-response services.
Healthcare services may depend on clinical appropriateness, locality, qualified personnel, equipment, consumables, treating-professional instructions and other operational factors. Diagnex may decline, defer or propose an alternative pathway where a requested service is not appropriate or cannot be safely fulfilled.
Appointment or service times are confirmed separately. A requested time is not guaranteed until Diagnex confirms it.
Before paying, ask the team to clarify anything not stated in the written quotation. Public website starting prices may not cover every patient-specific requirement.
Customers should retain a copy of the invoice, payment acknowledgement and transaction reference for their records. If a transaction appears debited but is not reflected as paid, contact Diagnex with the invoice/payment reference and do not share OTP, CVV or full card credentials.
Cancellations and refunds depend on the stage of service fulfilment, resources already committed and the nature of the service. The detailed policy is published on the Refunds & Cancellation Policy page and forms part of these terms.
You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse enquiry forms, or use the website in violation of applicable law. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, systems or operations.
The website may link to separate Diagnex subdomains, doctors, partners, payment providers or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. A payment gateway facilitates payment processing; it does not become the provider of the healthcare service purchased from Diagnex.
Diagnex remains responsible for its services as required by applicable law and the specific service arrangement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Diagnex is not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside its reasonable control, including third-party network outages, banking-system delays or information supplied inaccurately by the user.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute should first be raised through Diagnex's grievance process so the relevant operational, financial or professional owner can review it. Statutory consumer and other legal remedies remain available where applicable.
For questions about a service, invoice or payment, use Contact Diagnex, Email Diagnex or Call Diagnex. For a formal concern, use the Grievance & Escalation page.
Diagnex's public pages describe possible home healthcare services. They do not mean that a particular doctor, treatment, nurse, machine or appointment is immediately available or clinically suitable for a person. The team must first review the request within the relevant operational and professional boundaries.
| Stage | What happens | What is not implied |
|---|---|---|
| Browsing a service page | You can compare service descriptions, indicative prices and preparation needs. | No individual patient assessment or reserved appointment is created. |
| Submitting an enquiry | Diagnex receives your details for a callback and initial review. | This alone is not an accepted service order or an instant clinical booking. |
| Reviewing a quotation | The proposed scope, duration, price, inclusions and exclusions can be discussed. | A displayed starting price is not necessarily the final patient-specific bill. |
| Confirming arrangements | Relevant availability, permissions, requirements and payment conditions are agreed. | Clinical decisions still belong to the appropriately qualified treating professional. |
Safe home healthcare is a coordinated activity. The patient's treating clinician determines patient-specific medical decisions; qualified professionals carry out work within their training and scope; the family or authorised representative helps with practical access and communication.
These explanations do not transfer clinical responsibility from licensed treating professionals to an administrative coordinator.
Some services involve a short visit; others involve equipment, training, recurring professional attendance or consumables. Before approving a quotation, ask for enough detail to compare like with like.
Where a quotation or agreed service document has additional terms, ask for them in writing before paying. The published Refunds & Cancellation Policy explains the general review process; it does not override rights given by applicable law.
Home ICU arrangements, Home Hemodialysis and clinical procedures may require different degrees of prescription review, home assessment, infection prevention, appropriately trained support and emergency escalation planning. Not every hospital intervention can safely be reproduced at home.
For example, an oxygen concentrator should be selected around clinical instructions and relevant equipment specifications, not a generic marketing claim. Similarly, a planned procedure at home may need to be redirected to a hospital if the treating professional considers the setting unsuitable.
The website is not a substitute for the patient's doctor, and no service description should be interpreted as permission to self-administer a prescription-only treatment or use critical-care equipment without appropriate clinical direction.
Contact Diagnex as soon as practical if you need a different visit date, address, nurse coverage, equipment configuration or service duration. Changes can affect whether the original team or equipment remains available and whether any already committed costs apply.
Do not assume that payment or a preferred slot automatically guarantees fulfilment when patient suitability or service availability has not been confirmed.
Short answers to help you find the relevant policy detail. The full terms and applicable service agreement remain important.
