Diagnex primarily provides healthcare and care-coordination services rather than operating a general online retail store. This page explains scheduling, service delivery and any related equipment or supply fulfilment.
What happens after your enquiry.
Read the detailed guidanceA request or preferred date is not a confirmed booking.
Location, clinical suitability, staffing and any equipment needs are checked.
Healthcare visits and equipment arrangements are handled according to the agreed care plan.
Diagnex coordinates and delivers healthcare-related services according to the confirmed service scope. The exact service description, patient eligibility, quantity where applicable, date, amount and tax treatment are documented in the relevant quotation, booking confirmation or invoice.
Share contact details, area and the broad service you are exploring.
Confirm the intended service scope, clinical guidance, location and readiness needs.
Review written pricing, timing, equipment or staffing terms as relevant.
The relevant visit, installation or care arrangement takes place after confirmation.
An enquiry or requested date is not itself a confirmed appointment. Diagnex confirms the service after checking the relevant patient requirement, locality, qualified personnel and operational dependencies. Where advance payment is required, fulfilment may also depend on successful payment confirmation.
These are preparation suggestions, not a substitute for the checklist issued for a particular medical service.
Diagnex has company-wide presence across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Kolkata, Howrah and Hooghly. Individual services are not automatically available in every locality. The applicable location and delivery model are confirmed for the relevant request before service fulfilment.
The corporate website does not operate a general e-commerce catalogue for unrestricted shipment of medicines, equipment or clinical supplies. If an approved Diagnex service includes equipment, consumables or another physical item, the applicable delivery, installation, return or replacement conditions are communicated as part of that service arrangement.
Where a regulated item requires a prescription, licence, clinical instruction or other legal condition, fulfilment remains subject to that requirement.
When an arrangement includes a rental device or patient-specific items, ask for the equipment description, expected delivery and setup process, installation or training responsibility, consumables included, deposit terms and return or collection conditions in writing.
Do not assume a clinical device may be installed, configured or used without the appropriate prescription, instruction or trained professional.
Healthcare delivery can depend on patient readiness, clinical instructions, staff availability, equipment, weather, travel and other operational factors. If a confirmed service is materially delayed or cannot be fulfilled, Diagnex will contact the customer to reschedule, provide an appropriate alternative where available, or apply the Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
Contact Diagnex with the booking or invoice reference and explain the issue. The team can review whether the service should be rescheduled, whether an appropriate alternative is available, or whether the Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies. If your concern is not resolved, you can use the Grievance & Escalation route.
Diagnex may maintain operational records showing booking, attendance, service completion, payment status and related audit events. Customers should retain the invoice and payment acknowledgement for their records.
Use the Contact Diagnex page, Email Diagnex or Call Diagnex with the invoice or booking reference. Do not send unnecessary clinical records through ordinary email.
A home visit, a recurring nursing plan and an equipment-supported treatment can have very different preparation and delivery processes. Confirm the precise scope instead of assuming that every service follows an identical schedule.
| Care pathway | Typical preparation to discuss | What confirmation should make clear |
|---|---|---|
| Elder Care or home nursing | Requested visit pattern, patient mobility, treating doctor's instructions and family point of contact. | Professional role, duration, location, proposed timing and what a visit includes. |
| Home Hemodialysis | Nephrologist-led suitability, home readiness, water/power requirements, equipment and trained staffing. | Care model, prescribed oversight, equipment arrangements, session planning and costs under the agreed terms. |
| Home ICU equipment and support | Treating clinician's plan, patient stability, room access, medical devices, backup arrangements and escalation. | Equipment list, installation, staffing, responsibility for monitoring and limitations of home care. |
| Clinical procedures at home | Prescription or clinical instructions where required, infection prevention and patient-specific suitability. | Procedure scope, professional eligibility, supplies and any requirements before arrival. |
| Doctor consultations or diagnostic services | Specialty, location, appointment format, referral or sample requirements as applicable. | Availability, format, expected attendance and any separate report or consultation process. |
These are planning questions, not a representation that every listed service is available in every locality or suitable for every patient.
Because website enquiries are not confirmed bookings, families should distinguish an acknowledgement of receipt from an agreed care arrangement.
If an expected confirmation is unclear, ask the Diagnex team before relying on a tentative date for treatment or discharge planning.
A straightforward nursing visit may need an accessible, clean working area and the relevant instructions. An equipment-supported service may also require stable electricity, suitable water supply, adequate space, safe movement around the patient and the ability to access the building.
For Home Hemodialysis and Home ICU, additional assessments may be needed before a safe home arrangement is confirmed. Do not purchase equipment or modify a patient treatment plan solely on the basis of general website information.
At the time of an equipment handover, it is helpful to record the device description, accessories, operational demonstration if applicable, any visible issues and the appropriate contact route for a fault. The patient and authorised carer should understand who is responsible for operation and who can authorise changes to settings.
During ongoing care, report schedule or equipment issues promptly through the agreed service contact. Keep relevant attendance or transaction records so that questions about delivered visits, extensions, deposits or early cessation can be resolved accurately.
At the end of a rental arrangement, confirm pickup and inspection requirements under the agreement. If a refundable deposit is involved, refer to the written deposit terms and the Refunds & Cancellation Policy; this page does not create a new blanket return or refund rule.
When a service cannot be fulfilled as agreed, the team should review acceptable alternatives or the relevant cancellation/refund process based on actual circumstances and the confirmed arrangement.
Short answers to help you find the relevant policy detail. The full terms and applicable service agreement remain important.
